سورة الحجر الآية رقم 78 : ترجمة English

ترجمة الآية 78 من سورة Al-hijr - English - سورة الحجر : عدد الآيات 99 - - الصفحة 266 - الجزء 14.

﴿ وَإِن كَانَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأَيۡكَةِ لَظَٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[ الحجر: 78]

﴿ ترجمة: وإن كان أصحاب الأيكة لظالمين ﴾

And the dwellers in the wood [i.e. the people of Madyan (Midian) to whom Prophet Shu'aib was sent by Allah), were also Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).

And the companions of the thicket were [also] wrongdoers.

(15:78) As the people of Al Aikah *43 were unjust,

*43) The people of Al-Aikah were the canmunity of Prophet Shu`aib and were called Midianites after the name of their capital city and their territory. As regards AI-Aikah, it was the ancient name of Tabuk and literally means a "thick forest" .
