ترجمة الآية 66 من سورة Ghafir - English - سورة غافر : عدد الآيات 85 - - الصفحة 474 - الجزء 24.
﴿ ۞ قُلۡ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَآءَنِيَ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ مِن رَّبِّي وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[ غافر: 66]
﴿ ترجمة: قل إني نهيت أن أعبد الذين تدعون من دون الله لما جاءني ﴾
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I have been forbidden to worship those whom you worship besides Allah, since there have come to me evidences from my Lord, and I am commanded to submit (in Islam) to the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
English - Sahih International
Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(40:66) Say, (O Prophet): 'I have been forbidden to worship those beside Allah whom you call upon. *95 (How can I worship any beside Allah) when clear Signs have come to me from my Lord and I have been commanded to surrender to Allah, the Lord of the Universe?'
