ترجمة الآية 53 من سورة Ar-Rum - English - سورة الروم : عدد الآيات 60 - - الصفحة 410 - الجزء 21.
﴿ وَمَآ أَنتَ بِهَٰدِ ٱلۡعُمۡيِ عَن ضَلَٰلَتِهِمۡۖ إِن تُسۡمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤۡمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَهُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ ﴾
[ الروم: 53]
﴿ ترجمة: وما أنت بهاد العمي عن ضلالتهم إن تسمع إلا من يؤمن بآياتنا ﴾
And you (O Muhammad SAW) cannot guide the blind from their straying; you can make to hear only those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and have submitted to Allah in Islam (as Muslims).
English - Sahih International
And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [in submission to Allah].

(30:53) nor can you guide the blind out of their error. *78 You can make none hear (your call) except those who believe in Our Signs and have surrendered themselves (to Him).

*78) That is, "It is not for the Prophet that he should help and guide the blind by the hand to the the right way all through the life. He can only show guidance to the right path. But guiding those whose mind's eyes have been blinded and who do not at all see the way that the Prophet tries to show them, is not within the power of the Prophets."
