﴿ أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَن لَّن يُخۡرِجَ ٱللَّهُ أَضۡغَٰنَهُمۡ ﴾
[ محمد: 29]

﴿ ترجمة: أم حسب الذين في قلوبهم مرض أن لن يخرج الله أضغانهم ﴾

Or do those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy), think that Allah will not bring to light all their hidden ill-wills?

English - Sahih International

Or do those in whose hearts is disease think that Allah would never expose their [feelings of] hatred?
